Has anyone read through any of Charrissa Cawley’s material on real estate investing or heard of her?

Yes-I just went through her building wealth program. It’s great-very thorough.
Is there anyone else who has read anything or seen anything about her and if so what is your opinion on her or her trainings or tours? Someone told me there was a video about a buying tour online or something? Any feedback?
I’m going to check into that, Has anyone else heard anything about those? I have never heard of a buying tour and was just wondering if anyone had been on one before.
Would appreciate any feedback anyone has to offer.
