I found this interesting article about homes that are foreclosing in Nevada. The article speaks about how high the rate is for foreclosures.

interesting that one of the big reasons was people trying to flip houses. That's a scary business! There's lots of money to be made at it, I'd just be too scared to try.

Interesting article. It is amazing how Nevada could be a state with high rates of forclosure. I am sure that the gambling has alot to do with it as well. LOL... that would be my reason for foreclosure.

I think that people who move there are very disciplined about the gambling. I have friends who live there and they say that the novelty wears off after lving there for so long.
