relocating to Canada

Hi
We are moving to Winnipeg,Canada from US.It is regarding my 9 year old daughters education. I am not able to access any of elementary school ratings for Winnipeg,Canada.Is rating system exist in Canada?
I was in Uk for 8 years and 2 years in US ,where the process of finding elementary schools by rating was not a problem at all

I need to find a house to move based on the school I select.I would like to know how to find a good elementaryschool.
