Correction: The Condo and Co-op Tax Bargain

A report in the Big Deal column on Dec. 31, about the sale of a brownstone on East 94th Street for $4.15 million, listed an outdated executive position for the buyer, Andreas Y. Gruson. Mr. Gruson is no longer chairman and chief executive of Regus Industries, a waste disposal company in West Seneca, N.Y.
